push ups and crunches

Today was a very light day for my workouts. All I did was 64 push ups and 80 crunches.
Tomorrow I plan an actual 3 mile run. Last time I ran 2.8 miles. I'm feeling like I'm getting back into a groove. Now If I can get a better handle of my eating I will be in better shape. My weight is maintaining the 198 - 199 lbs mark. I'm looking to meet the 190 lbs mark. That is my next milestone.
