Getting back on track!!!

Yesterday I played some more full court basketball during lunch. I played about 4 games. It was a good workout. I was sweating big time, the last game I ran out of gas.

Today:
I just finished one of my jumping jack flash workouts (is that name lame?)
I did 4 sets:

jump rope: 80
pushups: 10
jacks: 30

Then did another 2 sets of jump rope. I was pretty tired after this. Its been a while since I have done this workout. I finished off with a few crunches. Just a few!! I'm glad I got a workout in today. Trying to get under that 200lbs mark by Tuesday.
