2.5 mile run

Today when I woke up I was pretty sore from playing basketball. That means that I'm somewhat out of shape. Ohwell its a good sign that I got a decent workout. Today for lunch it was a nice day. I went for a 2. 5 mile run. I wanted to do 3 but I had to change my route midway and only endedup doing the 2.5. I feel pretty good though. My goal for next Tuesday is to be down 3 lbs that will put me right under 200lbs.

  2. Thanks Jeff! Yeah I think I need to get a better handle of my eating to get that extra effort in the weight loss. And I'm still sore from the run and basketball. Just gotta keep pushing through.
