Military diet is over! A new challenge is on!

I finished the military diet. Today I weighed 223.2 lbs. That's  a loss of 5.2 lbs in 2 weeks!! I'll take it!!

Now today I decided to not just stop there.

Today is day 1 of the 10 week Jump rope challenge. That's 10 weeks of jumping every day.

I will do 4 to 8 sets of 80 jumps/reps.

Just finished day 1.

Flys
Curls
