Day 3 - bad diet!! Hard workout

Today is day 3 I just finished 8 sets of 80 jumps. Today was a bit painful. Also while the workout I had a headache.

Today's diet wasn't that great. This is what I had.

2 eggs (cooked over easy)
2 cups of coffee with cream
Chicken taco salad. One chicken tender
A couple of pieces of chocolate caramel candy
2 slices of pizza ( sausage and pepperoni)

I had 5 glasses of water.

But I got my workout in. My shoulders we're in pain. Oh well no pain no gain is what they say.

67 more days of jump roping.
