Dec 1st, 2017 - im enjoying the holidays

I'm trying to get back on track. In April of this year I was weighing 245. Then I got down to 205 on September 1st. Now I'm back to 228.4!!!

Just worked out. Felt like it's been months.

Just did

4 sets of 80 jump ripe.
1 set of 31 sec plank.
4 sets of 10:

Shoulder press
Up right row
Flys

I'm pretty exhausted!!! Let's see how I feel tomorrow.
