Day 7 pain, cake, sweat

Day 7 of workouts. I'm feeling sore and tired!

Last night I did 8 sets of 80 jump rope reps.

640 jumps total.

I also did 4 sets of 10:

Shoulder press
Flys
Upright rows
Curls

Also I went to a Christmas party with snacks and a bunch of good stuff.

I ate pretty well for most of the day.

But at the dinner things went downhill.

I had chicken wings, one slice of cake and a slice of pizza. Mac and cheese and some deviled eggs.

But I still got my workout in. Back to eating clean. No sweets not a lot of carbs is what I want to do.

I'm hoping to lose weight by tomorrow. But I don't think I will be below 224. I guess I will find out tomorrow.
