Jump rope challenge day 2

Hello to whom it may concern.

I just did

8 sets of 80 jump rope reps:

And

4 sets of 10:

Shoulder press
Flys
Curls

I'm feeling tired but I'm feeling good. Earlier today I was looking forward to this workout. Just have to take it one day at a time. I weighed in today at 224.2.

I won't weight myself again till Friday the
22nd.

Also I will post a video once a week. It will be on Fridays as well.

Looking forward to this 10 week challenge of jump roping. It's good to have something to shoot for. I will be doing the dumbbell workout 3 times a week.
