2.8 mile jog/walk

I just finished my 2.4 mile jog/walk. I jogged for the majority of the way. It took me 27.45 minutes. Man its hard to get back on track after going 32 days without running...

Oh well, it feels good to log a couple of more miles under my belt. It was a hard run, i think I ran too soon after I ate lunch. I will be back on soon posting more miles.
