First workout of March 2012

Today I did the following

5 sets of 80 jump rope reps, 30 jacks, 5 push ups. Then ran 1.64 miles outside in 16:30 minutes. I stopped twice and walked for 30 seconds.

I ran outside in Corona California. I'm out here visiting my parents.

I weighed myself i was 213. YIKES.

Man I'm really want to see a lower number on the scale. but it's not going to happen in just a few days. I have to eat well and keep on excercising.
