back in the game

I have gotten out of shape in the last 2 years. I'm slowly working my way back. I started a new weight loss challenge at work. I'm over 200lbs right now. I will get below 200lbs.

I have worked out a few times this month. But I'm starting today with logging my first workout.

Today I just ran 2 miles in 21:40 min. I first warmed up with some light jump roping.

next month I will be playing 12 hours of basketball to raise money for a hospital in Cambodia. I'm hoping to drop some weight before that and get into better shape.
