Day 5/6 jump rope and dumbbells

Yesterday I missed my workout. I wasn't too happy about. So today I did:

16 sets of 80 jumps

4 sets of 10:

Shoulder press
Upright row
Flys
Curls

My diet was pretty good today.

I'm pretty wiped out. It was a good workout. I'm sweating like a pig!!
