Just finished 8 sets of 80 jump rope reps.
Let's see if I can remember what I ate today.
Coffee with cream
Bacon Gouda egg sandwich from Starbucks
Ground turkey and bean burrito - dinner
More turkey and beans no tortilla
1 slice of bread with peanut butter
A few glasses of water.
4 slices of pizza - lunch
Glad day 4 is done. Tomorrow is day 5 with dumbbell excercises. Also my diet will be more strict.
