Today I did 2 miles. I decided to push it harder than I have been to see how fast I could finish. I did it in 15:41. I was pretty happy with this time. I think I'm going to try this once a week. Take a shorter planned run and push it hard the whole way.
After that I put in 15 minutes on the bike. I'm pretty tired now.

This type of training is great for a spint triathlon where you just run hard. Keep bringing it!
