Quick post here: Instead of doing my jump rope, jacks, and push up workout tonight. I found a free workout On Demand. It was a Biggest Loser workout, the well known trainer Bob lead it.
It was a pretty good workout. Afterwards I was sweating pretty good. Right after the workout I did 30 push ups and 60 crunches.
looking forward to a run tomorrow.
