I had a very busy day at work today. I was very tired when I came home. But I managed to get my workout in.
Jump rope = 1000 jumps
jump jacks = 240
push ups = 135
the jump rope is such a great workout. I'm going to sleep good tonight. My plan this week is to go 7 days with a workout like above. I'm also doing dumb bell workouts throughout the week.
Those are chest press, up right rows, flys, tricep curls, oh and dips.
