i Just finished my workout. I did jump rope 520 jumps. 240 jumping jacks. 120 pushups. shoulder press. I'm really trying to break this 200lbs mark. a week ago i was down to 200lbs. but since last week I gained 3 lbs.
Monday is my next weigh in. I hope the scale is on my side. We will see. I got a couple of compliments from friends saying that I look good. One said that I have been inspiring him. That was good. I want to inspire people.
