I set my alarm for 5:05am this morning. I knocked out 3 miles in 29:40 min. Then got on the bike for little over 7 miles then ended with the 11 min elliptical workout.
I'm tired!
So recently I have forgotten to mention two things.
1. We started a new fitness challenge at work for April.
2. I signed up for the Portland marathon on 10-10-2010. (My birthday)

You had a nice training day! I wish my knee would cooperate. I wanna run badly! Is the fitness challenge the 100 pushup challenge.
