I wanted to go to the gym this morning. But I couldn't sleep last night. I went to the gym during lunch and knocked out 2.05 in 20 minutes. I also did Day 2 of the push up challenge. My numbers are below. The work fitness challenge is the same thing that we did in Feb. you get a point for every hour of excercise. And you get a point for every % of fat loss.

Good mix of cardio and strength training. Good luck with the pushup challenge. It is a tough journey. I get pretty sore when I do the max reps.
